From elite programs to athletes directly — twenty years later

For the past twenty years, the PSP Sports Profiler has lived inside elite athletic programs. D1 universities, professional teams, academies, agencies that develop the kind of athlete who breaks through to the highest levels. Quietly, it's been used to understand what separates the great competitors from the merely good ones — and what happens when you give an athlete clarity about their own psychological wiring.

It was always B2B. Coaches bought it. Programs bought it. Agents bought it for their clients. Individual athletes and their families almost never had access directly.

That's what changed.

What I've been building is the consumer side of PSP — the landing page, the funnel, the marketing, the brand, and the access. The same assessment that's been used by elite programs is now available directly to athletes, parents, and coaches who want serious science behind how they train, recruit, and develop.

The science is Dr. Thomas Schoenfelder's — a psychologist who has spent twenty years studying how athletes compete, learn, and function within teams at the highest levels. His research with 4,000+ athletes across MLB, NBA, NHL, and D1 programs surfaced something specific: there isn't one psychological profile for greatness. There are several distinct ones. Seven, actually.

We call them the Seven Competitor Virtues.

The free guide introduces all seven, plus a short quiz to point you toward yours. The full assessment launches soon.
